All Florists wishing to trade through the Petals Florist Directory or the Petals Exchange must be reviewed by a Petals Staff member first to ensure the quality of the Florist.  This enables us to keep our Directory full of only the best Florists.  All florists are entitled to receive orders form both the Petals Florist Directory and the Petals Exchange.  Florists are also able to send orders into the Petals Exchange if they wish so.
